What It Does
Remedia-H is the water-repellent grade of the Remedia line. Water beads and runs off instead of soaking the fill, so sandbags, trenches, and soil-contact barriers stay workable and reusable.
Salt-water tolerant for coastal flood work. Ready for next-day redeploy when conventional sandbag fill is still wet and heavy.
Remedia-H is not an oil sorbent. For oil on land use Remedia-O. For oil on water use Remedia-X.
Applications
Construction, flood response, pest control, and agriculture share the same dry mineral behavior.
Drop-in replacement for conventional sandbag fill. Contents stay dry inside the bag, including coastal salt-water exposure, so the barrier can be moved and reused instead of waiting to dry out.
A flowable-fill layer around a foundation. Repels groundwater and moisture so the structure stays dry, retrofit or new build.
A graded, water-repellent mineral barrier placed in soil contact. Angular particle shape and long buried field life make it a structural alternative to chemical barriers.
Shapes water movement across a field and directs moisture where crops need it. The same grade packs into consumer bags for beds and borders.
Traits
Behavior
Surface treatment is tuned for water repellency and dry fill performance, not oil capture.
Environment
Suitable for coastal flood control where conventional fill soaks and fails after one tide cycle.
Content
High recycled mineral content across the Remedia-H grade.
Reuse
Dry bags and trenches stay movable. Wet conventional fill often does not.
